Format of an All’asta Party
How does an All’asta Party flow?
As guests arrive, they are assigned a guest number and given bid sheets for each item they brought to include in the silent auction. Usually the hostess has cleared her dining room table for these items, but any space can work.
Once all the guests have arrived, the consultant starts her presentation. Our eclectic Signature collection really resonates with people, and they create big wish lists (a great reason to host their own All’asta party!).
Next is the silent auction. Most consultants allow about 15 minutes, and during that time, everyone in attendance can bid on each other’s silent auction items.
At the end of the silent auction, the consultant collects the bid sleeps, tallies what each guest bought/sold, and then helps each guest one-on-one at the closing table.
That’s where the consultant shows each guest the auction results, adds their Signature purchases to the order, collects payments, books parties, and also talks about the All’asta business opportunity.
Can consultants participate in the silent auction?
Just like any other guest, consultants earn a 50% commission on any items they sell. Plus, when their consultant commissions are calculated, they’ll earn 25% (or higher) commission.
How long does it take to get the items from a party?
Once the party is closed, our goal is to get orders shipped within 2-3 business days. Of course, any auction items can be taken home that night!
Hostess Rewards
1) A hostess can place an unlimited number of items in the silent auction, contrary to guests who are limited to 3. She’ll earn 50% on everything that is in the silent auction.
2) Based on total party sales (auction + Signature sales), the hostess can earn half-price Signature items. Check out our Hostess Rewards chart for a breakdown.
3) She can also earn rewards based on total catalog or Signature sales. If Signature sales reach $200 or more, the hostess will get 10% credit to use toward her own Signature selections.
From time to time, All’asta also offers hostess exclusives. So, there are tons of benefits for hosting an All’asta Party!

Marketing
How are you spreading the word about All’asta?
Our consultants also promote their own businesses through social media, websites, and other mediums. All’asta provides many tools such as product and brand images to help in these marketing efforts.
We also have a new company lead program. Consultants who meet the qualifications in the previous month receive incoming leads on a rotating distribution.
Do consultants have personal websites?
Compensation plan
We have a great compensation plan! It rewards consultants extremely well for their own efforts and for building leaders that they personally sponsor into the company. Technically it does pay down 3 generations, but it pays the highest percentages on what consultants do with their “level zeros,” as we call them.
If you want more information on the compensation plan, please contact us (link to “contact us” page) and we can walk through it with you.
All’asta also offers promotion bonuses that consultants can earn as they move up the ranks. Consultants can also earn promotion bonuses when they help somebody in their organization get a promotion. So consultants get paid for promoting themselves, and they get paid bonuses when they promote others. This means that you can really win!
Joining All’asta
Do you have a starter kit?
What kind of training do you offer for new consultants?
When is the best time to start?
All’asta is a new home party business (we celebrated our first anniversary on February 1, 2013). Typically for new home party businesses, it takes a little more work to get people to understand how it all works, especially with All’asta’s silent auction component.
All’asta is still a ground floor company, and we’re growing well. We see great parties, and more and more people are signing on. We’ve put the team and the systems in place to support our growth.
Joining All’asta is definitely a ground-floor opportunity, so if you have looked at other plans and thought, “I love this company, but I feel like there are too many current consultants in my back yard,” that certainly is not the case with All’asta at this point.
You would very much be on the ground floor. It would be really smart to have a solid, strong foundation of consultants on your team so that you can capitalize on our growth.
If this is something that you want to give a try, we hope you join our All’asta family as a new consultant.
